'The labyrinthine process of a bill becoming a law' by K.J.S.Chatrath
While there is frustration and anger in the media and social media at the non-passing of the bill to amend the Act relating to juvenile offenders, I found this cartoon in the New Yorker (November 9, 2015) quite telling.
