'BBC uses inappropriate word?' - by K.J.S.Chatrath

"WHO expects 3-4m Zika cases:The World Health Organization says it expects three to four million cases of infection with the Zika virus which is spreading across the Americas"- says BBC in a news flash.

It would have been more appropriate for the BBC to use the word 'fears' or 'there is apprehension that' instead of saying 'expects'.

Any idea what is the locus standi of  Mr. Anuj Saini in the 'Rock Garden' set-up? Is he the owner or a pro-bono adviser or an employee or just an admirer?
