'Another affectionate letter from Hon'ble Minister Rilways- I am chuffed' - by K.J.S.Chatrath

What happens when one gets a lettter from some one asking one to be careful in life? One feels happy at the concern .

But what happens when this mail is from the Hon'ble Minister of Railways of Government of India- One feels understandably chuffed!

This is what Hon'ble Minister's email  received yesterday by me, a 74+ senior citizen, says, and I quote verbatim:

"Do not attempt to cross the closed railway crossing gate, wait for the train to pass". I do not know who complained to the Honble Minister that this 74+ old man is in the habit of crossing the closed railway gates? Could it have been my Aadhar number? Just thinking!

And then he goes on to advise in a musical tone: "अरे भाई ज़रा देख के चलो"  - (Which I do not consider to be a very polite way to address a 74+ old man!).

And then the last advice:

"पटरी पर पहला हक़ ट्रैन का है।
  क्रासिंग पार करते हुए सावधानी, संयम  और सतर्कता बरते".

Sadly, there isn't even an 'unsubscribe' button at the end of the message, not that I subscribed to be showered with such weighty advice.....अब आप ही बतांये मैं क्या करों?
